Drop-shipping
If you would like to sell our products but are not in a position to buy stock at the moment then why not take advantage of our drop-shipping arrangement. You simply set up an account and then you are ready to take orders while ordering at a special discounted price. This means that there is no cost to you but you are still able to make a significant profit while selling out kits.
To set up an account please call 0845 257 3081 and speak to Victoria or email her on victoria@thekeepsakeco.co.uk with details of your business. We do not supply ebay sellers on a drop-ship arrangement.
FAQ
Will you post direct to my customer and send me the invoice?
Yes - this is the whole idea behind Drop-shipping. You never even have to deal with the good... you just watch the profits coming in!
Will you include my marketing materials in with the order.
Of-course - simply send us a supply of your printed materials and we will include these with the order. The customer will have no reason to think the order came from anyone other than yourselves.
What is the trade discount?
We offer a drop-ship discount on most of our products. Discount is typically 40% off the retail price plus VAT.
How soon after I place an order do you ship the product?
We aim to ship the products out within 3 working days. We will try and get them out the very next day but this is not always possible. We can also offer next day working delivery on the kits .
Where can I get images of your products (CD catalogue and/or website)?
You can take images from our website or we will send you an email with them as attachments. Which ever is easier for you.
How can I set up an account as a retailer?
You will need to call 0845 257 3081 and speak to Victoria. Alternatively you can email victoria@thekeepsakeco.co.uk with your name, phone number and address and company description (plus website address if you have one) and we will set up an account for you.
How are returns and refunds handled?
The kit will need to be sent back to us in an un-used/un-damaged state within 7 days and then we will refund the cost of the kit back to your card. We can not refund shipping costs.
What are your shipping rates and how long does it take to deliver?
We send kits via a courier on a first class or next day service as standard. All shipping is charged at £6.95/order. We do not guarantee next day delivery but this is what we aim for. For guaranteed next day delivery please select the Next Day Delivery option for £9.95
